1. Overview
ZyloCard is a financial technology service that helps you issue and use virtual Visa / Mastercard cards from a balance funded with crypto. Regulated functions such as cards, payments and custody are provided by licensed partners, and ZyloCard is not a bank.
2. Eligibility
The service is for users aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to accept these terms. Users in countries or regions where the service is not offered, or who are subject to sanctions, are restricted.
3. Account
The account token issued at sign-up is the only key used to log in and may be hard to recover if lost, so keep it safe. The number of accounts that can be created from one network may be limited.
4. Top-up and payments
Top-ups are by supported cryptocurrencies only, with tiered fees applied. Issued cards are charged against your wallet balance. Illegal or prohibited use is restricted, subject to applicable law and card-network policy.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", and availability may vary by country, regulation and partner. These terms may be revised as needed; for questions, contact Support after signing up.
