1. Information we collect
ZyloCard handles only the minimum information needed to provide the service. We do not require personal identifiers such as email, password or national ID at sign-up; an account code and access logs (IP, device, access time, etc.) may be generated.
2. How we use it
Collected information is used only for account authentication, fraud prevention, operating and improving the service, and meeting legal obligations. We do not use it for other purposes or sell it.
3. Third parties and international transfer
To provide regulated functions such as card issuance, payments and custody, information may be shared with licensed partners to the extent necessary, and may be transferred abroad where a partner is overseas. We do not share it externally without consent except as required by law.
4. Retention, deletion and your rights
Information is retained only for the period needed to fulfill its purpose or as required by law, then deleted without delay. You may request access to or deletion of your information; for questions, contact Support after signing up.
