1. Wallet balance
Your topped-up wallet balance is used for card payments. Due to the nature of crypto top-ups, deposits generally cannot be reversed once completed.
2. Issuance fee
The fee charged at card issuance is non-refundable once issuance is complete. If issuance fails, the charged fee is restored to your wallet.
3. Top-up fee
The tiered deposit fee applied at top-up is a processing cost and is not refundable once the top-up completes successfully.
4. Contact
Exceptional cases such as payment errors or duplicate top-ups are reviewed individually through Support.
